When you feel like stopping, think “what happens if I keep going?”. I've found it useful, especially when I think about flicking over to Twitter, or having a quick game of chess. It interrupts the auto-pilot procrastinator in me.
But in this case, I didn't feel like starting at all. So with the same sentiment, I asked “what happens if I sit down and write?”. And here we are. It’s not been that bad.
