Don't worry about what you can’t control. Don't worry about what anyone else is doing. It's going to be okay.

Focus on what you can control. Don't give precious mental energy worrying. The future is imaginary, and the past is a memory. Don't let your monkey brain raise your blood pressure. You get to decide what you think about.

You are healthy. You are alive. You are free. That thing that keeps you up at night isn't going to kill you. It doesn't matter that the idea you had, has already been done (and really well, too - dammit). No one will be able to do it your way, though. So do it anyway. The world needs your contribution.

Keep going. All that matters is you enjoy the now. The destination doesn't exist, so don't worry about what you'll do when you arrive. Because you won't ever arrive, you'll just be in the next stage of doing.
